I can't say enough great things about the team at Mountain West Rentals and Sales. In the last 2 months I have called asking questions, I have had equipment serviced and I have rented equipment. The team here is nothing but friendly and helpful. I can't believe how much they want to see me succeed in the projects I am doing and how much they help me get those projects done.They handled me and my kids graciously and at no point did I feel like I asked a stupid question or I needed my husband to call and deal with things so I could get things taken care of. They were willing to teach me things about my equipment that I didn't know and they were simply excited to help me learn my equipment better. They were also awesome in dealing with the rentals. They handled loading and securing everything when I expressed my discomfort regarding that and they were phenomenal.As long as I live here or have friends in the area, I will recommend these folks! Incredibly professional and kind and the type of business I want to have in my community! As Mr. Rogers would say, thank you for being my neighbor!

Mountain West in Chubbock is great! We have rented from them multiple times and they exceed expectations every time! We rented a tool that stopped working and they brought a replacement to our home, which was no short drive. Their customer service is phenomenal! They are friendly and knowledgeable when I call. If you are in need of a rental, small tools to heavy equipment, I highly recommend renting from them. Their prices are fair and definitely treat their customers well. Thank you guys!

My dad had an accident and was in the hospital for days. When we were finally able to return the scaffolding we rented, they comped the days he was in the hospital for us once they heard what happened. Awesome people and great place to rent from! Highly recommend.

Had exactly the tool I needed in order to load an upright freezer into and out of my truck by myself. I wouldn't recommend doing it by yourself, but if you have to, these guys have what you need.
Terrific service. Daniel did an amazing job rebuilding our used 105 HP Kubota tractor (bought at auction, wrecked by a dairy). Thanks to staff for getting parts for our farm implements, and servicing everything from RTVs to tractors.

I am a contractor that was doing some volunteer work for a Veteran who needed a wheelchair ramp and deck installed. Mountain West Rentals Sales was nice enough to donate the tools needed to complete the job for the project. I have always rented from them and have treated me very well. You can't beat there rental price either!

I bought a tractor from here and have rented many things from them. They always have what you need and the equipment works. Austin on the rental side is awesome and Jessie is a man of his word and will sell you only what you want and need won't over sell.Definitely would recommend if you want good equipment

Helpful and quick.Updated 12/11/23 Rented from them again today. Our dog passed away, and I needed an excavator. Mountain West was beyond helpful. I want sure how big of one I needed sure to the ground being frozen. The guy in there lined one up for me and told me if I needed a bigger one to just bring it back. I am glad he didn't just try to rent me a big one and make extra money. I appreciate these guys a lot and being understand and accommodating. Thanks!! I appreciate your help.
I have rented from this company multiple times, working with different employees from both locations in Pocatello, and have never experienced anything less than superb service.
